Cyborg

Actually I don't remember anything at all from this movie, but judging from the look of the poster it's some sort of post apocalyptic showdown of man vs. machine.

For some reason I only remember seeing this because I can recall the VHS tape that was used to tape it from Danish television.

This took a whole lot of 20 minutes to finish. Partly because I wanted it to be as close to the original as possible. And partly because I couldn't  figure out to colour it the way I wanted (that's why I ended up with the dirty look it has now). On one hand I'm not at all satisfied but on the other hand I just wanted to finish it and start a new one that isn't as labour intensive.

Bloodsport

I used to love Van Damme movies when I was a kid. Movies like Bloodsport, Kickboxer and Universal Soldier were one of the absolute favorite topics when riding the bus to school. Actually I remember the excitement and lively conversations  and how nobody could believe that Dolph Lundgren made a necklace from the ears of his victims (man, was he evil!) than I remember the actual movies.

Anyway, I kind of needed a project to keep me drawing, so here is my tribute to some of the movies that I have felt most enthusiasticly about in my life.

I intend to draw the poster of every single Van Damme movie I've ever seen (unfortunately I never got to see Hard Target, so I will miss out on that beautiful curly hair in the back). The will appear chronologically as he starred in them since I'm not able to recall in which order I watched them (I do remember, however, that my much older half brother had given me a couple of VHS tapes recorded from TV 1000 that had Cyborg on there somewhere).

A Lake

A commissioned drawing I did that ended up measuring roughly about 150 x 100 cm. The biggest thing I've ever been involved with. And I've never even seen the final print. Which might just be my luck, since I'm not sure how it holds up in that size.

Death Machine

A design I did for the excellent one-man band Death Machine by my dear friend Jesper Mogensen. Listen to Become the Dead or Let it Burn and be ready to be moved.

Kisbæk Brødgård

A Logo I did for a Bakery that wanted to rebrand themselves.
